The beautiful, modern offices (facing the inner courtyard) and the central location in Altona are positive. Unfortunately, the list of disadvantages that also made us move out is very long: the Internet bandwidth was completely insufficient despite moderately frequented premises if a company relies on VOIP. Other bandwidths would only have been available for an immense surcharge. The air conditioning in the rooms cannot be regulated by yourself. Completely unacceptable and out of date is the flat fee for moving out (in our case 800 euros), which is due even if you move within Regus or the building. The behavior of the Regus employees on site is not accommodating or even friendly. It is unforgivable that my employee was massively disturbed during an important customer meeting because the booking time for the room was exceeded by 10 minutes (no follow-up bookings). It would have been professional to simply calculate the additional booking time instead of interrupting the important customer conversation in this way. After a year, we also received a 50% rent increase. With that, the move was decided. We are now very happy with another provider.

I would just like to warn everyone to have the offices shown to them in detail beforehand (unfortunately we were denied due to Corona). The photos give the impression that Regus would be something like a modern co-working provider like WeWork, Mindspaces etc. But these are absolutely sad office spaces with the ambience of an open prison. Of course, after inspecting (and videotaping) the offices, a revocation was no longer possible; Regus has a tough legal department that doesn't seem to care about customer satisfaction or reputation. The business model seems to be limited solely to desks for letterbox companies and companies that simply want to provide their employees with a roof and WiFi.
Take a close look at it beforehand and arrange a trial work or leave it at the one-month term.

Terrible office:
- Understaffed and staff partly overwhelmed and unfriendly
- Overheated (up to 26 degrees in winter with the heating set to 0) - no willingness to change anything on the part of the staff + supervisors + service hotline. Quote: "the winter is really warm this year"
- It is better to only use the sanitary facilities in the morning
- The offices are said to be cleaned daily .... I cannot confirm this
- Reception partially not manned (because only one person is responsible for the whole house)
That was the first and last time Regus....
