The offices are okay but nothing more. The furnishings are mediocre, the entire entrance area always smells extremely of stale smoke and if you have an office facing the inner courtyard, you are actually constantly in the smoke with the window open. In good weather, the background music from the bar across the street is also annoying.
Our request for another room was not met accommodatingly. Overall, the value for money is bad. You get little for a high price.
In addition, there is a high flat-rate fee when moving out, which is also charged if the office is left in perfect condition.
We cannot recommend this location nor Regus overall.
After all, the team is very nice and hard-working.

You quickly become a tenant, the team tries hard, but is inflexible in relying on corporate guidelines.
Despite the good location, the location is not very attractive for inviting customers. There is always cold cigarette smoke in the stairwell. The furnishings in the reception and conference room are getting old.
Although the office was freshly painted and showed no signs of wear and tear, a “fixed repair fee” will be charged when you move out.
Overall, absolutely inflexible and too expensive.

Unfortunately, after various attempts, there was no telephone response from the help desk. In addition, an outrageous flat rate of over €300 is charged for moving tables a bit if you move from one Regus office to the other (25 meters away). Yes, the flat rate is certainly in the terms and conditions, but especially in Corona times you want at least an emotional pick-up or flexibility.
I am happy to remove this bad review as soon as you contact us and take us seriously as a customer. Thanks
