I would prefer not to even give the point.
When you get an invoice you can't assign it, you want to have a list. You can only get them in the online customer account. You want to talk to someone, everyone only speaks English.
You ask the lady in the center whether there have been any account bookings and she responds aggressively and derogatorily with “NO” which means there is no interest.
NOT GUARANTEED RRSWPECTIVE AND CUSTOMER FOCUSED.
You send the notice of termination all at once and they are not responsible. The headquarters in Düsseldorf says the respective center where you conclude the contract is responsible for this.
You want to speak to an area manager, they don't pass anything on
If I have a company in Germany then it should be able to speak both languages and not 15 employees in English and 2 in German.
Diligently send the invoice, the office is not cleaned regularly but they charge 100 percent.

I am a long-standing Regus customer with my own office in Berlin. And such an outrageous, disrespectful and not goal-oriented receptionist like there on 01.11. I've never had it in the morning. If you are a Regus customer, avoid this center at all costs!! I wanted to rent a day office and according to the app there were still many free, but the lady said no and referred me to the office. Unfortunately I could not reach the responsible area manager by phone. I then drove to one of the other Regus locations in Hamburg, where I could at least get professional help and I was given a day office as normal.
