This is very bad and worst company I have ever seen. They have issues with their financial systems and they deducted two months charges in one month and after you terminate the contract also you receive emails you are going to charge on your credit card. They will not pay retainer balances immediately after you moved out of the office as well. I had experienced so many sleep less nights with their financial system issues .Every month I need to send email and very bad management and company is not worth for the Money.I need to cancel my credit card and inform banks as well about don’t process regus authorisations. Please don’t go with this guys .

Where should I start? Our company recently rented an office in the Regus Business Center in Heidelberg and I am absolutely thrilled with the decision. From the moment we arrived we felt welcome and taken care of. But what really made this experience special is the exceptional center managers. They are more than just employees - they are like family. We were deeply impressed by their warm personality, their tireless support and their commitment to our satisfaction. From the initial planning to the expansion of our office, the Center Managers have been with us to ensure everything runs smoothly. Their professionalism is second to none and they managed to handle every little request or concern with a smile. The offices themselves are well equipped to enable productive work. And the common areas not only offer a pleasant atmosphere, but also the opportunity to exchange ideas with other companies. The location in Heidelberg is appealing - central and yet quiet enough to be able to work in a concentrated manner. And if we ever need a break, there are a variety of restaurants and shops in the immediate vicinity. All in all, the Regus Business Center in Heidelberg has revolutionized our everyday work. Thanks to the wonderful center managers, we not only feel like another tenant, but part of a thriving community. We appreciate the personal touch and genuine service they provide. Without a doubt we will stay here for a long time and achieve our business goals.

Very nice, fair and courteous staff on site. Here you have everything you need to hold a productive and inviting meeting. Unfortunately, parking options are limited here due to the density of companies. However, there are a few alternative options opposite the center or before entering the city on the right. Nevertheless, there is nothing wrong with the center and staff, so 5 stars and would happily return!
