SINISIWE MAFUNDA & PALESA MHLANGA JUST DONT CARE
I had about R1610 outstanding on my regus account this was due to a combination of thing but mostly me avoiding their online payment system because this mess has happened more than once.
I logged online and paid the R1610, forwarded the payment to Regus Eastgate and went about my day.
3 Days later I get a email from Regus legal saying I never paid them and I know owe them R3200!!!
I contacted Palesa to complain...
She casually replied back that she emailed her accounts departed and shes sorry.
Day 1 - No updated statement
Day 2 - sent another email - no updated statement recieved
Day 3 - send another email - no updated statement recieved
its now been 6 days since October 2024 and something this simple as just updating my statement has not been resolved
Palesa's manager Sindi took over and just sent another email ... that's it no phone calls, no getting ahold of the accounts department telephonically and speaking to someone to convey urgency. She just sent an email. Wow amazing!
STAY WAY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY GLADY BUT ASK THEM TO LIFT A FINGER AND SEND AN ACCURATE STATEMENT AND THEY WON'T
