I can only agree with many other reviews. A completely dubious undertaking. Offices can only be booked for corporate customers, which is never communicated in conversations.
I wanted to book as a private person, was registered as a company because the company email, HR statement was requested but never sent, but then it was no longer important when I wanted to cancel the booking.
I never moved into the office, but still paid almost €80 for the restoration fee. I'm still waiting for the deposit today. Account service never available or only in English, various open tickets, never a response.
1 star is actually not a star.

I am interested in expanding my company for office space that I can flexibly expand in a modern environment. If you look for something like that, you'll inevitably find REGUS. At first the reviews shocked me and the contact process via the sales team with the head office also seemed very impersonal to me, but given the size of the company I can understand the processes! How does the process work: You go to the website and say that you are interested in the office, the sales team contacts you there, standard processes... then we arrange an appointment with the location and the location manager... it works very well quickly, then we had a very friendly welcome, very friendly team at reception and they did the viewing! Everything was explained and shown and time was taken. You get a first impression of the availability and a price range! Then you discuss the details with the manager, who is also very friendly in conversation and very effective in communication!
About the concept:
Well thought out, high quality, professional!
About the building:
Modern, clean, well maintained!
What do we say:
The management and junior management are thrilled!

Actually, I wanted to rate the company Regus in general. Unfortunately, you can't find the headquarters here on Google. We had made an inquiry for office space via the contact form. Unfortunately I have to agree with the many negative reviews here. The prices on the website are not true at all. The office space we offered was just under €900-1200 more expensive.
What has actually stopped us from doing so now are the constant annoying attempts to contact the company by telephone. Since Monday I have been called more than 25 times from various numbers in Düsseldorf. If you press the number away because you are in a meeting or just cold, it will call you right back.
Sorry Regus, but that's definitely NOT the way to treat prospects.

Rip off. Hands off. Costs are not made transparent in the acquisition discussion. Tenants are charged for bureaucracy in their own company (e.g. despite having a credit card on file, you have to pay penalties because the internal booking process does not work). Despite short-term rentals, enormously high deposit fees are required and only paid back much later.

On the phone they said there were offices from €200 (without windows). They couldn't (or didn't want to) tell me what offices with windows cost. During the inspection, it turned out that the "offices without windows" are about the size of a telephone booth. What the smallest offices with windows cost, could not (or did not want to) tell me when I was viewing. I then received an offer by e-mail: A small office with a window (no subsidy view) costs €609 (12-month contract). A slightly larger office with a funding view costs €889 (12-month contract). That was too expensive for me. So unfortunately a waste of time.
