One of the worst centres in kolkata in terms of customer service! If you are using the lounge then be prepared to become their receptionist because they don't have time to answer people's questions, you will need to to do that for them! Also you will freeze to death due to the air conditioner running full throttle be it be summer or winter, you will die begging for them to increase or switch it off , but they will give you a million reason of not doing it. All in all, avoid the centre at all cost! Because the centre managers are least bothered about you and the customer satisfaction. I have been using the centre for last 5 months and every month I have fallen sick due to the AC issue. Avoid avoi avoid and keep yourself better.
