This is a very professional space. The staff is helpful and responsive to needs. I enjoy my experience. I am confident with the appearance and impression made on my oatients. The general office in control of the property is slow to correct errors which they make. There is no effective recourse. It is important to emphasize this is a very good and professional atmosphere.

There's nothing inherently bad about this particular location. It's a fine office with decent people in it, though it is certainly overpriced relative to other options in the area. However, Regus Corporate makes working here an absolute nightmare. They are among the worst companies I've ever worked with. Their billing practices are either inaccurate, insane, or a combination of both. Expect to be billed, re-billed, double-billed, and charged late fees because they can't figure out their own invoices. When you try to leave you WILL be charged a ridiculous "termination fee" to end your lease there. Also, good luck ever getting your retainer back. They'll only send retainers back via ACH transfer, and even then you have to request it on their website, or they'll never send it back at all. Oh, and in order to request it on their website you have to make sure you select all the right account options in exactly the right way or they'll just ignore your request (they don't reject the request, they just don't return your retainer and they wait for you to call them and ask about it). It was so bad that I will never deal with a Regus office again for as long as I live.

Every morning when I walk into the regus building it feels like I am already at home. They always greet you with a smile and give you the most ultimate care above and beyond your expectations. They come by your office to let you know if you have any mail and they keep you updated if there are any traffic delays (especially since I drive an hour to work everyday). This is the best place to have an office in Lexington.
