not worth the money/hassle/complaints. go elsewhere. Theyve employed good sales/reception people, and good website/app designers, so they look like they are competitive and trustworthy, but behind that is a bunch of processes aimed at clawing in money for mediocre services and products. just look at the 'please raise a case' responses to their complaints. people want good service from good people, not robots behind a screen. And i've already raised cases.

Terrible. Non stop parking related issues, even though we were told that all cars were registered. No communication from anyone. Everyone in the office now has parking fines but through no fault of their own and Regus totally unwilling to help - management terrible!! Will not communicate with us.
Can't control your own office temperature. Not clean. toilet flush now broken for over a week with no one coming to sort.
Would definitely NOT recommend renting this space!

What Regus Leatherhead does good is the endless supply of milk, coffee and tea, the good attitude when all is well and a nice looking reception area. But the general quality of your visit will depend on what you want. if you want an office space where you can sit down and work that is fine, this place is adequate at that. but if you need a working phone system, control of AC, lights, to be able to leave your computer here over the weekend and good parking spaces, then do not come here. 90% of our phone calls cut out half way through, our light switch controls one of our neighbours lights too (they are far too bright we turn them off which causes issues), the AC is constantly streaming cold air (we have all been wearing jackets and scarfs to keep warm) as we have literally 0 control over it despite the dummy controls they offer, there was a power cut over this most recent weekend and now 2 of our computers no longer work as they were damaged (this is being "investigated") and all the good spaces have now been allocated to their three biggest clients who work here. You will have good walk to the front door unless you get in at 8am (exercise is good for some). The staff are not entirely to blame its the way the company runs, they are not given the resources necessary to handle these issues and are left with a dozens of complaints which they cannot possibly handle between 2 of them. Whenever these issues are brought up we are approached with disbelief, especially in the case of the women's toilets, which do not flush after being flushed recently.
DO NOT RENT HERE.
Go to a private building and rent from someone who actually OWNS the building, as they cannot tell you it is not their problem, "Its the landlords problem not ours".
Finally the walls seem to be made of Papier-mâché so if you are looking to rent here just hope you are put next to no other companies, and if you are then have fun listening to conference calls 24/7.
Have a good day and avoid this place like the plague.

Very expensive for phones that don't work (frequently mid-call they dropout and reset), very basic facilities and shortage of parking spaces. Internet is adequate and reception staff good but senior management are a challenge.
