Stay clear, payments not what was originally agreed, they try to fine for late payments throughout contract even when they have been paid. Experience has been very poor, moved offices half way through and lost important paperwork in draws that were delivered to wrong desk. Very frustrating left after 6 months. Trying to speak to anyone in finance takes days. Lots of better places out there.

Regus Billing Policy is complete Confusion. They have their random entries of deduction and refund in the statements without any explanations. Users need to be really wary of the transactions. Their Billing statement is quite complicated and needs a degree in Accountancy to decode as each bills has 4 to 5 pages of linked up bills. Finally, in the first instance the penalty will be automatically levied and as per their Help desk their Global Policy has to reviewed for any considerations. Making the users life as difficult as possible. Hope they have some simple user friendly system as their bland offices.

This is a part of the larger Thorpe Park Shopping grounds with several different businesses. Regus is a suite of office space and meeting rooms. However, Project Screen by Prenetics will attend to you from a pod in the car park so you don't really get to enjoy the comforts of Regus. Good parking, access to a hotel and great shopping with restaurants within reach.

The staff are great & nothing is too much trouble for them, we moved in and had a couple of teething issues, but these were quickly resolved. Would recommend Regus Thorpe Park to anyone looking for short term or long term office space. The sandwich/coffee area is an added bonus when customers are visiting or you just need a quick snack/lunch

I once posted a review saying how great Regus Thorpe Park was. I retract that now. The building has been left to go to ruin. Regus lack of investment, care and consideration for its customers is really telling. The toilets are a disgrace, dirty and rarely clean. The kitchen area has regular failures of equipment. Even some days leaving people without hot water for drinks. And finally, the air conditioning has been broken now for about three years. In the winter it is too cold. We have to resort to heaters on desks. In the summer too warm. Today at 8am our temperature gauge recorded 30c. This is not acceptable. We have complained several times but the Manager, Sharon, does not care. Regus refuse to fix the problem. If looking here, please don’t, you will be better off elsewhere.
