They overcharged my credit card without notice. When confronted with this fact, they apologized profusely and promised to make everything right "very soon." That was more than a month ago. Now they're barely replying to emails and I still haven't seen my money. At this point, it seems they're just banking on me giving up, because I am a foreigner, so they can keep their ill-gotten gains. They can, I'm not going to spend more time fighting them over 2-300€. But naturally, I cannot recommend this place

We had an absolutely fabulous experience with WOOD! Ines was so very helpful, patient and has outstanding communication skills. I coordinated a meeting space for an executive visiting from the US. Ines made everything so easy to understand, I couldn't be happier with the experience. If you're in need of a co-working spot in a nice place with nice people, WOOD is the place to be!

Staff seems completely unable or unwilling to handle their own accounting systems, overcharge customers without notice, do not reply to emails for weeks on end, seem unable to rectify their own mistakes, putting them on the customers. If your time is important to you, I would consider looking for more professionally managed office spaces.

Not sure what the hype behind this co-working is exactly, but for us it was just okay...... Space is limited and small with several companies have rented out most of the area leaving few desks to work at. Unless you are comfortable working in the kitchen/eating area or roof-top terrace area.

I've worked in a few co-working spaces in Lisbon and found this one to be the best. The space is well designed, the internet is fast and people are super nice. There's a lounge area with tea, coffee and fruits and even a terrace to bask in the sun. Overall, a very chill and quiet atmosphere, condusive to solid productive work. Special thanks to Ines at reception, who made the entire experience hassle free. She is a credit to the organisation.
