51 days since finishing our tenancy with them and still no deposit refunded. As you can imagine, they've had time to administer their extra charges on us for ending our stay with them (such as refurbishment costs to a room that wasn't even clean and painted when we moved in?!) but just miraculously haven't been able to follow through with the bit owing to us, surprise surprise... so what does that tell you about them?!
Many many times over our stay with them we've been left disappointed with matters relating to money, and often had to fight hard to get them to correct errors with our contract or payments. I'd strongly advise not setting up a standing order with them, because once they have your money it's very hard to get any money back that they've taken unfairly or in error. Also don't take the on site staff's word for it regarding rental renewals, as their words have a tendency to not match the contracts and those same staff either claim to not have the authority to fix the problem or they just disappear out of the company or to another site location, leaving you stranded and having to fight with head office or their accounts division overseas.
Furthermore, the 1st floor often smells of cannabis. I'm assuming some tenants are smoking in their office but the smell travels throughout the floor. It was going on for months, despite us notifying staff. Cleanliness went down hill about a year or so ago when regus and cleaner staff levels were reduced and the cleaner (Rocky) was sacked.
Anyway, my advise, let Regus be your last resort. It's a modern building and is in a central location by the station, but like most other genuine reviews have said, there's far better offices available in Bromley and for better value for money.
Glad to be out of there!

The business centre has improved over the last few months, especially the reception staff since Danielle has joined the Regus team - she is a ray of sunshine :) As for the air conditioning happy to confirm our air conditioning is working.

Please AVOID!! I had a private office if you call it that!
1. Prices vary each month!
2. NO A/C and poor cleaning facilities!
3. Walls are extremely thin, so you can hear everything!
4.Overpriced for the size of the "offices"
Contract is not transparent!
Was mis-sold on the size of office (couldn't swing a cat)

Everything is wrong. Terrible service from staff. no air conditioning for 6 months, no heating during the winter. no concern from Regus staff on this. no replacement AC or heating. Cleaners don't clean either. The electrical and internet outlets are a mess, you'd be lucky to have a working port for internet and power for a pc, let alone a whole office. What an establishment!

Awful experience. Happily take your rent you pay every month without supplying the basics of any serviced offices such as tea and coffee and someone on reception or decent cleaning but also want to bleed you dry when you try to leave at the end of your lease term. Avoid at all costs. Clockwise up the road is a better option for anyone
