Where shall I start from? Extortionate charges: 600+VAT for a spilled coffee? yes, that is right, this is Regus for you. Centre manager David is a bully. He makes fun of people, shouts behind your back, threatens you every 5 mins, barges in your office without knocking on your door etc etc. I have never seen him smiling, he has this presence which makes people feel uncomfortable. Being a tenant at Regus Strand is like being in the 5th grade. Facilities? Always dirty, wc continually blocked, kitchen filthy. Repairing a hot water machine took 2 weeks. They vacuum the place in the middle of a work day. Imagine you need to concentrate and someone is vacuuming the corridor. Overall extremely expensive, dirty, and rude. There are many better alternatives to Regus if you wish to rent a serviced office. Don't do it, you will only regret Regus. UPDATE: WE HAVE JUST BEEN CHARGED 700 GBP UNDER THE DISGUISE OF RESTORATION. WE USED A 20 m2 SPACE AND WE DID NOTHING TO DESTROY IT. THE WALLS EVEN DID NOT NEED PAINING. THIS IS EXTORTION!!! UPDATE: 01.02.2023 this morning we received another invoice for a service we cancelled two months ago as well as an invoice for services we have not asked for (mail forwarding etc) WE ARE STILL BEING ROBBED BY REGUS! KEEP AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL ONLY REGRET IT. I WASTE SO MUCH TIME WITH THEM I CANNOT DO MY WORK.

this company is scam. they will even charge for what u have not used such as kitchen and cafe . on top of that when agreement was signed fr 12 months but automatically made 13 month.
