Don’t choose their service, they will automatically renew your contract without let you know. When you decide to leave they charge you one more year service fee!!

I rented a desk here to have a change from working from home and I honestly can't fault the experience. The facilities are well equipped, light and spacious. My office was fitted with new furniture whilst I was there and the coffee machine is one of the best I've ever had in a Regus. The centre manager is extremely proactive and professional, any questions about facilities or account were dealt with quickly. A well connected location with a good selection of shops and restaurants nearby - all at a reasonable price.

If you are a black individual seeking work this is not the place for you. I had my interview on the 12th with Regus and I wasn’t even looked at twice. Everything was going fine and the information provided was amazing as everything they were saying is what I could dedicate towards the company. However during the interview stage everything went downhill. There were 6 employers doing the interview but there were 3 of 6 that I wanted to be interviewed by but unfortunately I got a lady who from the start was giving me weird looks. When I realised I was being interviewed by her I knew instantly I would not get the role. Every question asked had a good reply back and out of everyone there I had more experience within admin. But employees who just have the basic hospitality skills were told to stay and I was sent away. This is discrimination and in the future when hiring candidates please make it clear that you do not want black people in your business if you’re going to have colleagues give people nasty looks and not take the interview process seriously. Im disappointed. My interviewer also tried to downgrade the sound of everything so I could be put off, telling me it’s not only a receptionist role so don’t it call it that you have to clean as well and I told her that is completely fine with me as it is similar to my previous role. If anything the job I applied for through pretemps is exactly what I’ve done but I was not selected based on favourites. You are not picked for experience, you’re picked if they like your look or not. So once again if you’re black don’t go here

They don't return your deposit. Like most reviewers have pointed out on sites like trustpilot, they are trying to steal mine too. I rented 3 desks from this company in their Grosvenor office. After 6 months I switched to a different contract. But now they are refusing to return the deposit for the first contract, while having taken a deposit for the new contract. And yes - I have already spoken to their accounts department... who of course... don't reply. It's a shame - the rest of their staff are nice. But the head-office policies and accounts team suck! Thankfully the company I own is reasonably well-pocketed, so I can ask my solicitors to take legal action on them. But for other small businesses and entrepreneurs, you can probably expect to kiss your money goodbye!
