For the office in Lugano, Quartiere Maghetti its definitely 5 stars! Luca and Mariana are very kind, motivating, and always have a great attitude!! In Lugano I highly recommend to go to this specific branch. The reason this review has 4 stars is because I had a very unpleasant booking process. At Regus it's not possible to pay via bank transfer. Hence, I had to create an account and in this process I encountered several technical errors. Also the sales reps in Germany didn't consult me on the best offers but rather pushed for revenue which didn't reflect my requirements.

Staff is very friendly and helpful, Luca was fantastic! Facility is very clean and welcoming. Location is very central and restaurants and shops are in the same square. Definitely a great place to set up an office 👍

We have been hosted by Regus Lugano - Maghetti for few months during last Summer. The office is located in a very central area, making it easy to reach the main spots in Lugano. All rooms are well equipped and the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. We have been well assisted by the staff who always replied to our requests with professionalism, kindness and promptness. A special thanks to Ms. La Placa who is the very heart of the Regus Lugano - Maghetti office. We spent a good time there and I wish to highly recommend Regus Lugano - Maghetti!
