Excessively expensive.
The prices are really à la carte and at the head of the customer. Do not hesitate to negotiate a lot.
Coffee and tea are extra (234 € per month anyway in our case!)
The salesperson had sold us a place with a lot of collective time (weekly breakfast reception, events), we never saw the color of it. It is true that a few months were impacted by covid but we are in May 2022 and events have resumed a long time ago.
And above all, we discover costs for restoring the office upon exit, even though we had asked the salesperson to list all the costs incurred.
In short, even the premises are pleasant and the staff friendly, I find that the price is not at all up to par with the services. There are clearly much cheaper in Lyon

I have been working in the co-working space for a little over a year with my team of 5 people and I am very satisfied overall. The reception is very professional, attentive and responsive. The level of cleanliness is good. The prices are adapted to our needs. In my case and being in a shared space, you have to deal with everyone's individualities. From an overall point of view, the people who work in this space play the game and everything goes well with respect. The point to improve in my opinion is the lighting of the stations which is far too white and therefore sometimes difficult to bear if you have tired eyes.

A festival of hidden and incredibly expensive fees. Crazy prices and not even enough to heat a meal at lunchtime, there are tables, cutlery, cups, a dishwasher, a coffee maker but no microwave. Some also allow themselves to share their calls with everyone by not closing their office door or going into the corridor so as not to disturb their colleagues (yes, we don't care about the others), and no one to enforce calm. There is absolutely no point in paying that much there, run away!

To flee !!
After spending several months at Regus, I strongly advise against setting foot there. The prices are at the head of the customer, excessively expensive, and fees that come out of nowhere are taken at the end of the contract!!
This experience was not at all up to what the salesman had sold us on arrival.
The premises are modern and nice, but it's really not worth it considering the price!
