I'd like to personally thank Regus for single-handedly derailing our project and making it more difficult to get our work done this month. Deception is in this company’s DNA. We’ve been a Regus customer for years, having success with their online booking. However, after our most recent experience, we’ve cancelled our future bookings and won’t work with Regus again. The sales team will keep you on the hook for days, cancelling and resubmitting “options” after you’ve signed a proposal that you’ve been told has been agreed to, until you’re on the hook for additional months. Over several days you’ll hear: “The system isn’t allowing me to get this signed for some reason. I’m working with my manager.” “The office has a future booking that’s blocking us from completing the agreement (that’s already been signed). Here’s a new (more expensive) option.” “I realize you signed the proposal two minutes after I sent it, but the office was booked just before you signed it, so it’s no longer available.” “If you complete the transaction after midnight, we have to charge you for an additional month. I don’t know when the invoice is going to show in our system so stay up and keep checking!” It baffles me to see this kind of deceptive behavior with a brand like Regus. If you feel you can navigate being lied to – repeatedly – have at it. Hopefully this negative review helps future companies avoid making the mistake of choosing to work with Regus.
