Regus is a corrupt business. They auto renewed my lease 7/3. I cancelled 7/9 when I realized they did and now they are trying to say I need to pay until September 2024 (next year?!) What corrupt nonsense is this. Look them up online tons of complaints for similar unethical proceedings. The "manager" (secretary) of the location is unhelpful. I've gotten eye rolls for not calling in advance and asking for my mail before showing up during 9-5 business hours because "what if the two secretary's aren't there" - if there's two people why isn't on there all the time? Have found two of them sitting and eating in a Back room by themselves instead of tending to customers many times. Also have seen management act as though paying customers using the facilities put them out - it's their job! Save yourself some money, get a PO Box and rent a space as needed

Brianna, Elizabeth and Olga are simply the best! I could tell they were honest and hard-working from the start. Brianna took time to explain to me many details of the office lease. Elizabeth showed me several office layouts and helped me to set up all the furniture when I moved in. They keep excellent care of Regus Waltham property and truly take pride in their work. The office building is well maintained; the common area is always clean and beautiful. When somebody accidentally spilled coffee on the carpet in front of my office door, Brianna and Elizabeth noted the coffee stains and quickly cleaned it up even before anyone would notice it. Have a question? Expect a prompt reply! Elizabeth will help you immediately. I’ve never seen she ignores any problems no matte big or small. And Olga also manages the offices work and documents efficiently. I cannot say enough about the exceptional work the team has done, and I feel so luck to move my office here. When I received a shipment which was too heavy to handle, Brianna even helped me move the boxes (300 lb.) to my office. The location is good too. It’s very close to 95 and 90; the landscape is serene and beautiful. I would highly recommend Regus Waltham to any of my friends and colleagues.
