The building is nice and well-maintained but as a place to rent space to run a business, it is TERRIBLE. The walls are so thin that you can hear your neighbours sneeze, let alone conduct loud calls (and I've noticed a frustrating trend for many people to conduct long conversations on high-volume speakers, or worse, to leave their office to take a call, and roam the hallway so that everyone else gets to share in their conversation.) For what you pay to rent a space here, there are far more affordable options with better amenities. I don't blame Regus entirely for the actions of their tenants, but they should have sound-proofed the walls somewhat and established/enforced rules for tenant behaviour. My agreement ends this month and I'm glad to be moving on.
