The good - Ryan Hussey the center manager at Maidenhead Concorde Park is delightful and was very helpful. The bad - I 'rented' a desk and paid my deposit well in advance and then due to personal, unforeseen circumstances I wasn't able to move in so I cancelled my contract and gave more than the needed notice. I didn't even move into the office at all but I was still invoiced approx £60.00 for cleaning and then a further £50.00 for tea and coffee that I never drank and was told I wouldn't get my deposit back unless I paid the invoices. Upon reluctantly paying their ridiculous 'added extra' fees it then took over two months for them to refund my deposit after going through a ridiculously lengthy and painstaking process to request it back. AVOID REGUS IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR AN EASY RENTING PROCESS. AWFUL, AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PROCESS.

These guys have shown their true colours during the covid19 crisis. Misleading me in the sales process. Accepting rent holidays from their landlords but holding small business to full payment, no flexibility on termination and running them in to the ground for short term profit. A pathetic short term offer of support applied globally and without thought for the long term impacts on small business. Sending their staff in to work when they are not key workers. With holding key information and making no proactive comms whatsoever. Their corporate values are clearly 'screw or be screwed' and they shall reap what they sow in years to come - the world is watching Regus.

Fantastic new centre. Since it is open made my life much easier as I can commute from anywhere on A404. Great centre staff and very well done business lounge
