A beautiful old bank building that´s been renovated and converted into offices and shared spaces. I´m not a tenant, so I can´t speak to any aspect of being a tenant, but I take weekly classes there, and the staff is very courteous, the offices and conference rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the premises are spotless. The building security is excellent and there is well-managed parking at the rear of the property.

We rented a temp office for 3 months and put down a 3 month deposit. When leaving the place PERFECT, they would keep 1,500,000 cop for cleaning and they are allowed to charge per person when contract said a "small cleaning fee". This was not a cleaning fee, but simple stealing. They were unresponsive in handling situation and no one really cared. I would think twice before renting here and WeWork was much better to work with in the past. BUYER BEWARE!
