IF YOU ARE READING THIS PLEASE PLEASE BE CAREFUL. I am currently leasing 3 offices from REGUS for my real estate business, normally I would never leave another business a bad review unless I have too. Regus is the biggest scam leasing company. 1: Zero services 2: Fees & A Lot of Hidden Fees 3: They charge you Tax on the lease, as a real estate broker I know for a fact that’s a city tax for them to pay on personal property but they’re passing to customers. 4: A month Deposit and A month An Advance Rent. 5: Each Invoice Due on the 15th -20th A month before its DUE DATE. My office was leaking for 6 months from the Roof. No Repair My paperwork and computers were damaged. They just said were sorry about that. 6: They began to charge me a late fee 122 a month while they’re on autopay??? How that even possible while the payment comes out every month No Return Payment BUT still charges a late fee. 7: No Front Desk and the doors are now locked. 8: I don’t know what they did with my mail they suppose to come. Do not make a mistake signing a lease with Regus my advice to you as a community member. LISA the new community manager for Regus it’s shame that you haven’t returned my calls or emails because your on vacation.

Not impressed. I was at the Ren Center Detroit location for 2 days, and learnt the facility does not have Secure WIFI after using phone hotspot. I filled out cancellation of services and I have been billed for 3 months. Regus online tool does not let you erase your Credit card info from their portal. Going month to month, Regus till bill you for 2 months automatically regardless. They have an excellent way to put you on a wild goose chase if you are looking for help on any follow up with cancellation. Do NOT recommend to anyone! Choose Bamboo, WeWork or some other facility.
Office manager posted to my review and advised they will take care of things, a ticket got created and NOTHING HAPPENED!!

HORRIBLE COMPANY, DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! There will be many hidden fees and charges and they will takes months to get your retainer back to you, all the while still charging your card! Last mysterious all of sudden charge was $550 charged to my card for Office Restoration Fee. We rented a small little office for 2 months, didn't hang anything on the walls or hurt the carpet and everything was left in working order but they charged me a restoration fee. Not only that they still have my $1500 retainer. They also "accidentally" charge me for January rent though we moved out in December. I have many other complaints from the move-in and during our time there.

When I first filled out my application in April 2022 for a Virtual address, I filled out the application Regus provided to fill out before you come in. The application didn't say anything about a two year contract! but after you give them your application they take it upon themselves to sign you up for a two year contract that they don't discuss when applying, and then they force you to pay them for the obligation that they assigned you to. I've been sending emails and talking to customer service about this obligation. I asked customer service to send me a copy of my agreement, but they've been sending me everything except the paper with my actual "signature" on it agreeing to a two year contract, which has me believing that my signature has been forged because I only filled out the application. I will be reaching out to the CEO, Mark Dixon, the better business bureau, and I'm going to look into starting a class action lawsuit based on all of their bad customer reviews concerning their unethical practices on the same contract issues. I've also included the application that I was given by Regus, and it doesn't say anything about a two year agreement.

They are scammers and they rip you off. My entire time doing business with them I had billing issues( always the wrong charge) . They have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE ', you get the run around and no real help. Scam is all I can day Regus SUCKS MAJORLY . I would not suggest to any business owner because this place ducks. No real humans to talk to and they do not follow there own cancellation policy. They charge your card without permission. I tried being professional and it hot me nowhere with these idiots.
