I frequent the Regus offices in Viale Cassala 57 Milan. You can see that the offices have recently been renovated. Bright and spacious environments. The staff is very helpful, and solved some access reset problems. The site is very easily accessible, via the green metro (Romolo stop is right in front), as well as with buses and railway links, and public ATM parking is always available at controlled prices. As general advice: A toll-free help number should possibly be set up outside of working hours, given that you indicate the possibility of being able to access at any time, or a chat from the assistance app. I would also recommend that the hot drinks/snacks dispenser allow payments via app, rather than having to log in with a physical key. From a physical point of view there are some situations that should be reviewed. The fire doors leading to the individual floor areas should be reviewed as they are squeaky and noisy and difficult to open (perhaps the carpet holder at the threshold is too thick?). I would also recommend the possibility of installing a drinking water dispenser to fill your water bottles and I would also install some signs to encourage separate waste collection.

This beautiful place hosted the offices of the Milan office for a few months. Very nice. Well organized and well maintained. On the ground floor a beautiful common area where you can have a coffee or a hot drink and last but not least eat
