They are a business centre in the first floor of the Tiffany Building at Hiranandani Estate and offer shared offices. They have the decor and layout like at other Regus offices worldwide. In keeping with the modern trend they have pod work stations which the users can use on first come - first serve basis. There pod work stations are are very small and so not very convenient. As they are in the open they don't allow for conversation. The centre has work stations and offices which you can rent. The work stations are basic but are comfortable. The centre offers telephone facility, broadband internet, printing and photocopying services. They have pantry services including a refrigerator, coffee vending machine and a water dispenser. They also provide crockery and cutlery to centre users and have a small dining area. Vehicle parking is possible on the adjoining street and the main road, the Central Avenue. This is a quiet office with helpful centre staff. Rentals are reasonable and many small and big companies use Regus Thane Hiranandani Estate.

If you are a startup looking to develop your business then this is the right place for you. The staff here is very friendly, supportive and co-operative. They personally help you in providing business and assist you in interaction with other people in the center. The co-working area is very good. If you are looking for a combo of good ambience and supportive staff then you should go for Regus.

Don't come in the fake reviews and visit this place, Rohan and Lavina once thy done selling you the membership they won't respond you after that. I am been trying to get in touch from last month but they keep charging me the amount and still I have not received any support. When I try to call the sales girl Lavina she didn't even receive my calls and giving me fake emails to contact support. Really bad service and all the 5 star reviews are fake don't trust this guys. Attaching email conversations with no support from the team.
