When I signed up for Regus Jambes, I had noticed that the coworking space is in the same space as the catering / lunch break space: the Account Manager, who had taken the time to show me around, told me admitted that lunchtime is a little noisier, because all the office tenants meet there to eat. Telling myself that I would also take a lunch break, this was not an obstacle to my signing a contract with Regus Jambes. However, in reality, there are constantly people in the catering area, from morning to evening, having coffees, chatting, even organizing work meetings, inviting their customers to meet there, or even worse, settling in the coworking space to work together on a one-to-one file (and therefore constantly discussing and debating their project). In short, I was disappointed with this coworking space, because of the constant noise, impossible to work properly, and in addition, I had the impression of being the only one to have subscribed to the coworking space (not very friendly, I who thought I would create a nice little network of coworkers... - I am of course talking about the situation before COVID-19, in normal mode!!). I discussed it several times with the Receptionist (very nice and friendly), sent emails to the Account Manager (he didn't answer any of them...), filled in satisfaction questionnaires from the Regus group (and never got back), etc... I am therefore very disappointed and not at all satisfied with the services provided!! Regus Jambes is not fulfilling its part of the contract, which is to provide a work-friendly and convivial space. The only person who is in contact with me is the one who takes care of breaches of contract via their Application: she has been running me around in circles for 3 months, playing with the terms of the contract, everything goes by email via a Helpdesk, impossible to get on the phone, and to this day, I am struggling to stop my contract in a suitable and civilized way: certainly, I have warned that I want to stop 2 months before the anniversary date of the contract, instead 3 months before, and as a result, I am asked to pay one more year, but without taking into account that the part of the Regus contract is not respected! And no human contact to discuss it !!! It's pitiful!!!

I took a training course there, the reception really leaves something to be desired. Luckily the lady at the reception was absent and the young man who took over for the rest of the week was more approachable.

Rental of office space.
The multitude of companies housed makes the building impersonal.
Offering good accessibility to anyone.
