Strategically located site right next to the train station. This is the only positive point and it is our responsibility as a young company to give the details of our experience, in order to avoid the same problems. We rented an office there to support the development of our company. After the discovery phase we quickly became disillusioned. Regus is a big machine that wants to make money and not provide quality service to its tenants. The business practices are scandalous and many promises are made just to get you to sign. Paid meeting space (around forty euros per hour), paid additional services (coffee, printer), regular internet cuts, no air conditioning, no hot water and no parking. For almost €900 for 10m2… The team in place and which manages the site is very available but has no control over anything, everything is decided at headquarters so nothing will change and no solutions will be provided to you on anything. Read each of the little lines of the general conditions carefully to avoid surprises (no possibility of early departure, increase in prices as they wish). Please note that the contract you will sign is the same as a hotel contract and that Regus rents offices but in no case has coworking. So if you are looking for a friendly coworking that will listen to you and which will aim to support you on a daily basis in good conditions, look at the competition.

Regus Nantes: located in the “business” district, Recent building, terrace with view of Nantes, 24/7 access for the positive points. negative aspect: regular internet problem, lack of consumables (paper, soap, etc.), lack of air conditioning in the upstairs (do not respond to this message indicating that the problem comes from the open window which blocks the air conditioning , it's false and you know it) and finally if you like to be looked down upon, don't hesitate, you can go there by closing your eyes and the door to your office, because it's open bar in the middle of the day.
