Pre-pandemic, I bought parking tickets from there for the car park at the back (assuming I would be coming in regularly). I was told in no uncertain terms that they had no expiry date and should the magnetic strip get old, they would just replace it. This year they changed the parking system so the ticket are now useless I still had about £50 worth of them and they refuse to refund me saying that they had expired. If they can’t even honour such a small thing I would not trust them with anything bigger.

The service provided by the team at Regus Newcastle has been and continues to be of a very high standard. They operate with professionalism, organisation and energy. I have found the team to be extremely helpful with a willingness to assist with any query. The management have brought a refreshing approach to the business centre that must be highly commended. Rotterdam House is a great environment to do business.

We had a short-term tenancy with Regus at Newcastle Quayside and it was a disappointing experience from start to finish. The offices are small, stuffy and overpriced. The centre team are nice enough but usually incapable of helping you beyond taking packages, as such we are still involved in a billing dispute with them over 5 months later. There appears to be no resolution forthcoming. Nobody can help you, and ultimately nobody cares to. We would highly recommend that new businesses avoid dealing with Regus.

Rotterdam House on the Quayside: part of the recent development. Handsome modern architecture which reflects well on the efforts the City has made to breathe new life into this former mercantile area. A well equipped, pleasant interior which left a good impression. The spectacular riverside and Quayside with the buildings and bridges are not to be missed.
