As a defense lawyer, I travel to Las Vegas occasionally and visit this location. The staff is unfailingly professional. The lounge can sometimes get loud and the ladies do their best to ask the customers to observe the relevant house rules. Sometimes Regus clients forget that the conversations in the lounge are not private nor privileged. The staff will ask them if they want to use an office. Some clients have become belligerent which is distracting. The staff is helpful and provide great local support. I recommend visiting this REGUS location.

We are currently Regus Paid Members and stopped by this office location today for a quick 10-15 minute meeting with a client to sign 3 documents. The lady upfront, named Beatrice came around the corner during our meeting with our client, and told us we can't have a meeting here. While I was tending to our client, my husband replied that if we could deal with this in a minute. Beatrice got confrontational and replied that "we'll deal with it right now." My husband then asked if he could have this discussion in another room, as everyone around us could hear the conversation with her raised loud voice (so embarrassing). So he further carried out the conversation in another room, introduced himself and asked for her name. He then explained the situation about only being here for a few minutes. As a representative of Regus, the professional way to approach the issue would be to introduce herself and ask to discuss the matter in private. Which she did not do and was aggressive and confrontational. We are appalled that Regus would hire such unprofessional staff, this is the worst experience we've encountered with a Regus office. And we do travel to a few outside of our primary office location.

The Regus building in Town Square is awesome! Raphael and Stephanie are always really helpful and our clients have a great first impression of our office whenever they are greeted by them. Kelly does a great job of managing the offices as well and she always has time for us when we need help. Overall, we're having a great experience at the Regus in Town Square and it's a great option for people looking for an office.
