My company, Compliance & Risks, has been leasing office space from Nick, Liz, Osman & the Regus team for just over 2 years now & it's been a terrific experience. The offices are nicely appointed, well-maintained & affordable. The amenities - free coffee and tea, wifi, printing, etc. - make it easy to plug in & start working immediately. Whenever we have clients in, the Regus staff takes extra care to help us order in lunch & snacks leaving us time to attend to our visitors. And the Regus team, overall, are just friendly, nice, funny & easy to work with. We love the Regus team at the Buffalo Key Center & would recommend them in a heartbeat. ** Edited to correct a misspelled name :)

I couldn't be happier with Regus. I'm a partner in a small company, and when we decided to get office space in downtown Buffalo, these guys were far and away the most affordable. When our business grew, they made it easy to scale up to a bigger office. We were fully moved within a couple days. The entire office is in an amazing newly-renovated condition and its fully furnished, so you feel good when clients come in. Additionally, I just have to say that the Regus staff at our location is great! They're personable, informative, and beyond helpful. Definitely recommend!

Regus has been a blessing to our company. As a startup here in Buffalo it was crucial for my team to be in the heart of downtown but also not "break the bank". The professional atmosphere and amenities at the Regus Buffalo location give our clients the comfort they need while stopping by. Our success and scalability has been dependent on Regus as we have moved from a small office to 4 offices without having to worry about breaking a lease or incurring major moving costs. The office staff members are wonderful and have given our company a friendly face to welcome our guests. I recommend Regus to any startup or business person in Buffalo that needs a place to work

Elizabeth Marzolf (community manager) and this organization particularly Buffalo area. Accept payment and bill recurring monthly charges for ZERO services rendered and then proceed to cancel agreement because of certain documentation which was not received by them for which INITIALLY when the first payment was provided no such information was given! I have other business addresses with other firms and not once have I been treated like this. ZERO RESPECT!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS AT ALL!!! SEEK SERVICES ELSEWHERE!!! If a company has policies they should not accept payment unless the documentation is valid and to their satisfaction. Accepting payment and later stating a cancellation because certain documents cannot be attained is CRIMINAL!!! THEFT!!!

Never Rent here. Have been a long term tenant and they auto renewed my contract with a 35% rent increase. Such greed in times of pandemic is completely unprofessional.
