I had complained about an issue and your company told me to raise a ticket in the help section. I raised multiple tickets and still no reply. The customer service is pathetic. Regus was one of the best at a time. It has become 1 of the worst company now.

Their internet service is terrible. Connectivity is weak. The elevator service is so slow with the renovations and construction going on through the building. Also. The individual offices in the center have no ceiling so it's loud often. Also, caution when leaving things in the refrigerator because things are taken. It happened once to me and once to a co-worker. I am sure it is not the only instance.

On entry, this feels like the best laid out Regus I've visited. Separate "lounge" and work areas, right next to each other, and also right next to the kitchen. Take a very short walk and there are several "pods", and walk just a bit further to get to the tucked-into-just-the-right-place restrooms. Potentially, there's actually room for interaction with others here. Potentially. But that's actually the only negative thing I have to say, and when you add the easy building security, this Regus office is a WINNER.

2 years later they wouldn't let me out of the "automatically renewed" contract, without a 1,000 buy- out/ or finishing another term. They will take every last dollar they can. Total SCAM!
