Not exactly my preference for co-workibg, but this facility was clean, spacious and run quite well.

I have nothing but good things to say about this place. The ladies at the front desk are very nice and the Janitor always knocks before he enters our office to take our trash. I read all these comments about people complaining of the price. First off it is an office on Wall Street. If you are running a business out of here and them "Nickel and Diming" has that much of an impact on your companies bottom line it is time for you to move your office out of NYC period. Everyone here complains about the price no one forced you to sign a contract with them. You did it yourself grow up and take some responsibility.

A horrible company or location 14 Wall Street to deal with. They will corner you by charging you ridiculous price for mail forwarding after you leave which could be done by USPS as well. Apparently, regus ties you in a contract that you have to pay them the money so pretty much you end up paying half of your retainers fee to all these stupid services. Make sure you read their T&C and retainers fee carefully before subscribing with them.
The Area Manager Lais Bluman never replies back to any issues except for sales related things which is quite frustrating. Although the community manager and staff try to support you the most but due to the poor overall experience I am giving them just one star.

I must leave a five star review of this place, for the wonderful service they have provided for me for many years. I'm amazed at how great of a job they do! The crazy part is, I've never even been there!! What a time to be alive.

I admit that this office location is not the best Regus has to offer but when you are in the Wall street area, you get what you can! It is not so bad and does have what you need including coffee, internet and a business area to talk.
