It was areal unfortunate experience with Regus. We paid last month as security deposit for virtual office but they did a mistake transferring the money back and never correct it, shortly, we did not receive the security deposit because they did not fix their mistake and they stopped responding to our emails. Nor recommended at all

I kept office in perfect condition but when I move out they still charge $595 for restoration fee. I don’t understand. Please careful about the lease agreement
