Google 'Regus Reviews' - don't just look at these. They have 2.4 stars with 14,566 reviews on Trustpilot. That's been more reflective of my experience with them than the 4 stars you see here. I'm guessing people in Oakville with a bad experience Google 'Regus Reviews', whereas the few people with good ones are convinced by Regus to go to this specific Google listing.
Customer service was completely disorganized (why do you need 4-5 email addresses to contact someone), I asked for a refund within 24 hours on a long weekend because things changed before anyone got back to me and they refused; other people complain about being locked into long contracts - I see why. I asked for a refund within 24 hours and it looks like I have to pay for not just one month but 1.5 (along with an activation fee).
They're priced slightly higher compared to other self-serve offices in the area - you'd think that that would mean better service. Not at all.
In my admittedly limited interactions with them, every single one has been abysmal. I'm just thankful I'm free and don't need to have any more.
P.S. I'm not writing this in hopes of them issuing me a refund. I'm not going to accept one. It was just $290. It's about the principle behind it - and businesses like these exemplify the uncaring massive corporations that govern most of our lives. Don't go with them - Ace in Oakville is WAY better at a cheaper price.

Having an office at this REGUS location has been a wonderful experience. Great staff, ample parking space and convenient location. Lisa is just amazing and always goes the extra mile to ensure you have the best service and support. Highly recommended REGUS location!

Such amazing staff! Lisa, Melanie and Sobia have been incredible since we started at this Regus. They are so welcome and accommodating and do all that they can to make us feel welcome. I have never met such welcoming and caring staff. Keep up the amazing work!

I was at the Glen Abbey location when Lisa White was there. She was absolutely fantastic. Customer-oriented and very responsive. Always had a great attitude. Any company is lucky to have her.

I love the rental offices at Regus and the place just has a very good vibe. Lisa White, the Office Manager, is simply a wonderful human being. She is so helpful and pleasant to speak with. She always makes my experience with Regus great.
