Regus is the worst company on the planet. Their services are over priced. If you cancel your contract properly, you will be ignored and continue to receive invoices for years. They knowingly ignore the Human Rights Code when asked to accommodate disabilities. They will also harass you almost to the point of it being a criminal offence. There are less expensive options in Ottawa that will actually provide great customer service. Regus is in a convenient location but their service is absolute garbage. 1000% stay away!!! Anyone who gave this company more than a 1 star review is a bot!!!

The only way to describe my experience with Regus is nightmare. Whatever you do, don't enter a contract with them. You will regret it. Once you figure out the service is terrible, you'll discover there is no way to cancel and they keep invoicing you forever.

This companies goal is to trick you into their contract which is impossible to get out of no matter how terrible the service is. They'll tell you anything to get you hooked into their awful circle of fees and deception. Beware!

If it was possible to leave negative stars I would. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. They are insensitive and do not treat you as a person but just a source of income. They took my money and have no problems sleeping at night. Good grief. DO NOT give them your business.

It is a commercial building with sufficient workspace. The work area is apt for small teams as rooms are small. The location is prompt nearby to most restaurants and commute is easy. Our office was at 2nd floor and almost 3 rooms could accomodate 18 people. The floor had a pantry area having the basic amenities for all sharing space people.
