Do not use this company. I signed up for two of their locations . I canceled on July 3rd because I was over billed and a proper explanation was not given to me . I am being forced to pay for July and August when the said was suppose to start July 15th . I thought my Paine r for July was enough. I feel cheated, lied to , bullied . Please stay away from Regus .

I have had a membership with Regus since 2016 and this is by far the worst, most dysfunctional location I have worked in. No one follows the house rules and there is no management whatsoever. The majority of tenants do not come here to work. They come here to socialize, make noise, and screw around all day.
If your job involves any client facing tasks or requires any concentration and focus, don't bother with this location. You will never get any work done. You will constantly be interrupted by screaming morons in the hallways. It's like trying to work in a crack house or an insane asylum. I have tried numerous times to address these issues only to be ignored. The only way you will get any response or the slightest bit of attention from management is if you stop paying your lease.
I have had nothing but good experiences working at the location near Yonge and St. Clair. I am seriously disappointed with my experience here. This is not run like a workplace at all. Take my advice and avoid this place. There is no shortage of office space to lease in Toronto.

Love this space and the location is so convenient! The staff is always wiling to help and makes sure to keep the office clean. One of my favourite spots to rent at.

Most mismanaged setup/company.
Yes I raised my case and I was ignored with a stupid excuse. Paul A. Attie said "The account helpdesk can't assist with charges that are invoiced for more than 90 days." What an excuse, the invoices I asked for falls right with in 89 days.
The issue was that I never asked for postage service ($25/month). Secondly, I emailed the office on the 13th Aug asking to remove the service and some irresponsible person confirmed that it has been removed (Reva Greeves Community Manager and Jenny Shyian
Community Associate). I am still being charged for this service and they are this mismanaged that they will not refund the money the stolen from my pocket.

The staff at the desk here are plenty friendly and the space well attended to. No co-working space, just a lounge + offices + kitchen.
