I filled out an enquiry form to get some more information on rentals & pricing. The company I work for is a startup & we won't have office space until late October. About 30 minutes after filling out the form a gentleman called by the name of Michael.
Michaels energy was in the minus range & really didn't seem to want to help. He gave me 2 options to pick from, hung up without saying goodbye or thanks for calling & in general, just an unhelpful person. I told him my dilemma with office space & the number of delegates I need space for. I gave him all the info needed to be able to provide the answers & help I needed.
The call was terminated by Michael as I was saying goodbye.
It left me feeling a little frustrated by this as common manners are a very basic skill when in customer service or just providing a service on any level for that matter.
When I called back I was informed that I will be transferred to the sales manager. The call was forwarded to the sales manager & that's when Michael answered the phone a second time before terminating the call.
Now, I will not be using that company for my 7 week rental.

Great Management, Great location right on the Subway line,.. everything you could want or need. Highly recommended if you have clients in the Yonge / St Clair area or just need a good Downtown location that's more central than the congested downtown core sites. Plenty or locations to entertain your customers for lunch or dinner as well within seconds of the front door.
Justin their manager is very accommodating and Rupam at the front reception is always friendly and helpful. Well done guys
