Awful experience. Stated requirements during onboarding with the sales person: Requested a dedicated desk to be used by 2 people on alternate days. Was painfully clear on the detail. Everything is good. Then 2 weeks into the contract was informed this arrangement isn't acceptable according to the 'house rules'. Utterly shameless and it wouldn't have cost them anything. If you are seeking a coworking arrangement or need a quiet desk to focus, simply go elsewhere. The lower upfront cost will mask things like an activation fee, and then a subsequent restoration charge (Basically an unavoidable fee that should have been part of the upfront cost). The bureaucracy and irritation has been an order of magnitude greater than any other local coworking space. Avoid.

I started a mail handling virtual office with Oxford Regus and signed a contract back in Feb 2022. After you sign a contract you cannot cancel it unless you can login to their portal, there is no one to speak to, they pass you around their customer compliance teams and every which way and keep sending invoices out. If you have not passed compliance your mail handling does not go live, they do not let you know and keep invoicing you. Then they hire a debt collection team to send you threatening letters. One year later I still cannot cancel have sent over 50 emails and EVERY correspondence I receive they point out their unfair contract (under trading standards - unfair contract and a right to service). I would avoid, ever, and I mean ever, signing anything with Regus, to this day I still receive threatening letters from debt recovery firms, I still receive invoices and I can't cancel the service despite speaking to around 10+ different Regus representatives. In all that time we as an organisation have not received a single live service from them... its amazing that they still argue the point. They are a disgraceful and underhanded organisation with no moral compass. Please don't fall into the same trap I did. I intend on taking this all the way and will keep you posted.

We have had an office at John Eccles house for over 5 years now. We cannot fault the service received by the centre team here. Emily and Emily are a true asset to Regus and are the main reason we chose to stay with Regus and this particular centre. You will not find a more friendly and attentive team within the IWG network. They go above and beyond what would be expected of them, our clients are always greeted with a smile and nothing is ever too much trouble.

The team at John Eccles House set the standard for customer service and professionalism; they are always friendly, helpful and never fail to rise to a challenge. Highly recommended!
