Customer for more than 10 years, I no longer have a telephone line!! It's been 8 months!! Worse still, a message indicates that there is no longer a correspondent for this number. Regus was unable to resolve this issue. I asked them to transfer to another line but they never succeeded!! Brief dismal service

Following the non-delivery of mail for several months (lamentable service), my requests for termination were purely and simply ignored. A few months later, I am told that the termination is only taken into account by their platform.

Disastrous reception:
the intercom doesn't work, but instead of proactively notifying me, I have to wait for someone to come out
Then, I arrive at reception at 12:25, no one. I have a call that starts at 12:30 because... I waited downstairs for 15 minutes... so it's getting tense. No one's coming. I call the number, but no one answers. I have time to settle in and after 10 minutes a person arrives nonchalant and not friendly. I ask her how to get into the building, she answers... it's broken. You need a code. Interesting information, but it would be more interesting if I had had the code... above, no excuses for the absence of information, nor for its delay. She gives me, without hurrying, my keys to the office which is one floor above. So I go up with her. I'm missing an important customer call. in the office, and am tense.
I ask her for the internet code, and she tells me that we have to go back to the floor below. I also ask her for the code on how to get back into the building because I should go out (office during the day), and she tells me that it's broken. Which I had noted. She ends up giving me the code and I accept that I don't understand how the 2nd door opens and prefers to cut it short because she is going to call me to give me the internet code (my 4G key has poor reception). There I wait, and end up calling her back, and she tells me that she didn't call me back because I wasn't nice and patient with her.
This is an excellent episode to highlight places where there is/is no customer reception. Here, this young woman did not understand. I'm 10' late for my video call... a bit annoying.

A REGUS center on a human scale in a pleasant area. Located in a magnificent building and with staff as professional as they are welcoming, I cannot recommend the REGUS center on rue de Rennes enough, in which I have felt good for more than 7 years now.
