It looks like a nice place unfortunately Regus has a shady sales team which makes you loose your time.
I contacted them weeks in advance online asking information regarding fixed or hot desks for one month.
Sales representative was extremely pushy to do a video call with introduction of facilities etc, luckily I refused it cause I didn’t find it relevant
I explicitly asked the price for either fixed or hot coworking for a month with reply of price RM555.
So I agreed to visit facilities and signup
Once at the facility I have been welcomed by another manager, not the same I was exchanging emails , who changed the conditions
- 1 month subscription would have triggered automatically another month renewal (you need to cancel your membership 30 days in advance) hence it’s a minimum 2 month commitment
- they want a membership fee
- they want some deposit fee for some unknown reasons
Their solution was for me to pay a daily fee of 100rm approximately for the whole month.
Basically the RM 555 per 1 month as a total misleading information to attract customers.
The result is I just wasted a huge amount of my time and won’t look any other time to Regus as I don’t find them professional
Location : great
Office view : lovely (what do you expect from 16 floor)
Staff : very friendly, always with a smile
Office : clean and neat
Recommendation? Well so far I'm enjoying my work here. Thumbs up!!
Compared to the other Regus locations we have visited, this is your run-of-the-mill Regus, no issues at all, has a coffee machine with milk too! Visited a number of times, would recommend for anyone nearby.
We had a little bit of trouble finding the location, basically you need to go to the back of Gurney Paragon, and to the right facing the building, there is a small entrance with a guard inside, it's not the main building.
