I've spent the better part of 5 odd years with Regus through a number of their virtual and serviced office offerings.
What an incredible journey it has been with the Regus team, some of whom I now consider my friends, having supported us along the way.
Kate, Karen, Ash and Denise thank you for the many laughs and letting me use you for ad hoc market research. You're all amazing. Dayle and Alicia as are you. I've loved watching your little tribes grow.
If you're reading this and considering renting an office, I strongly recommend you consider the convenience that Regus provides. You'll be in amazing hands.

As a Professional Consultant I require serviced offices that look and feel professional. Regus at 1/100 Havelock do exactly that! I have also been very impressed with the professionalism of the Regus staff whom my clients believe with each visit are mine.
I also enjoy the convenience of this location being slightly out of the CBD as I can navigate my way there easily without traffic jams whilst providing me with the convenience to use the free bus system nearby.
Well done Regus! A great location, a superb office fit out and a great team of staff.

My experience with Regus has been terrible. They advertise the space as having "World class IT and telecoms"; it's anything but world class.
I own a web design business, so I rely on a fast and reliable internet connection to run my business and it was a primary factor in choosing this space. However the internet connection fluctuates constantly and speeds rarely are in excess of 20mbps, with fluctuations to 1mbps up to 25mbps. The connection is so unreliable that you can't sync a GitHub repository or sync files on a RTRR server because they just time out.
I constantly contacted Regus staff to fix the issue but I didn't receive any real solutions, just the run-around nonsense that they were "looking into it". In June I asked to terminate my lease early and was told it was a fixed term agreement with no possibility of ending it early. Ultimately I moved out at the beginning of September 2017 because I couldn't stand it anymore (even though my lease does not end until 30 December 2017). It was a choice between paying for the space, using it and getting nothing done or paying for the space, not using it and actually getting some work done.
If internet speed and reliability are important to your business I would not recommend this space.
On a lighter note the space is well presented and the facilities (break room, foyer, meeting rooms) are good.The location is quite convenient with good public transport and street parking.

Use the West Perth Office mainly for the Business Lounge and meeting rooms. Quiet, good WiFi, services and amenities.
Fantastic for when I'm waiting in between meetings times with clients while in the city
