I am a client. The location is good. The space is nice. The local management work fine. But, the global management have very strange policy: automatic 5% price increase every 6 months (which is crazy), local management cannot help with money, and the helpdesk responds so slowly, and the worst thing: I am chasing them for 3 months now in order to get back the deposit I gave upon starting the contract (which I totally deserve).

Bad as hell We rented an office there, the atmosphere is terrible. Blatant and disrespectful lack of service. We booked a meeting room for an investor conference and the day before they sent a cancellation due to an error in their registration. As expected a laconic response in the style of "contact us and we will help" from experience this is their way of trying to sweep public complaints to try to look good.
