We have a virtual office membership, and it's the worst service that you can imagine. Their financial system is very complicated, we literally need to be on a call every single month to understand the received invoice and clarify what's going on. The helpdesk team are very nice and try to help always, but I believe the issue is from their core system. I guess the coworking service quality could be much better, but our experience with their virtual office service is terrible. If you need a virtual office service in Porto, do not try them!

If you want to be scammed – Welcome to Regus. If you want to get new invoices after your account was closed – welcome to Regus. If you want to solve problems for months – welcome to Regus. I had a tone of problems with them, starting with their platform bugs, incorrect invoices (they just sent me double price invoices), don't have of the ability to describe their invoices. And the last drop is that I closed my Regus account 2 weeks ago, and just after a week when they confirmed that I paid all invoices, they closed my account and I will not receive any invoices from them – they sent me a NEW invoice. And they said that they apologize but I have to pay this invoice. And of course, they ignore my question about the possibility of future invoices!!! Shame! Business in 2023 shouldn't be like Regus.
