I attended an appointment this morning and the receptionist that was on duty was extremely rude ( dyed blonde hair and accent). I have been attending appointments here for a few weeks now and parking has never been a problem and the other receptionist has been lovely. But today when I walked in she started aggressively telling me I've parked in the bicycle section. I said to her that I couldn't see the writing and she insisted rudely that it was. When I went to check and move my car most of the writing has been rubbed off on the floor and you are unable to see the writing clearly. Maybe she should paint it on and put up a sign up. There was no need for her rude behaviour and she started ranting and shouting at me as I was walking away to my appointment. How unprofessional!! She needs to definitely take a course on how to behave professionally with people!!!!

Terrible parking arrangements - my husband had to go several times for physiotherapy and although he tried to pay it ius a very complicated system of scanning QR codes etc - you cannot just put money in or pay be card - and he ended up getting a £100 parking fine. He is so angry he has asked to be changed to another physio (he was sent to this one via insurance claim) and has cancelled all up coming appointments.

Visited yesterday for an appointment. Great offices but receptionist and security lax, not wearing masks, no perspex screens at reception and a tablet to be used by all to enter car registration and not wiped down between customers. Covid waiting to happen!

This place used to be good for meetings etc, and parking was free, the biggest let down now is that you have to pay for parking, this has put me off from using this building, costa which is around the corner from here, is much better and less formal, you can have a drink and sit in and have a meeting or chat and parking is free...

Perfect place to hire a work place on long or short term. Andrea at the reception is a gem and asset to Regus. She will always try her best to help out tenants. Perfect transport connections including free coach rides to and from Reading station and town centre.
