An ideal location a few minutes from the train station. The offices are very well maintained and pleasant. A favorite for the terrace which offers a very beautiful view. The reception team is very caring. A real pleasure to work in this center.

Very disappointed by the rental of these offices, they are clearly thieves. Let me explain: we rented these premises for a period of two months. As soon as we arrived, we reported that the only window did not open (so it was impossible to ventilate the office) and that all the chairs were defective. We were told that this would be resolved in the coming days, which was never done. We also noticed that cleaning was done very occasionally. We were told that the cleaning lady was off work and that a replacement was arriving the next day. However, even after that, the trash was only emptied once or twice a week and we had to clean it ourselves. We were therefore very surprised when leaving to have to pay more than 500 euros in renovation costs (for which we had obviously not been warned in advance). We therefore contested this invoice (given the state of the office during these two months and that when we left, the chairs were still the same and the window still did not open). Regus didn't want to hear anything, dragged things out, and as a result, we also had to pay a late fee invoice for this invoice... And if you don't want to pay, they take the money directly from the caution!

Renting an office for a month, I quickly became disillusioned. The chairs were worn out and the window didn't open. We reported his problems and were promised that this would be rectified and new chairs would arrive. A month of waiting during which cleaning was not done every day, all without being able to ventilate the room. We only stayed for one month and obviously the chairs were never changed. Very disappointed with this experience...
