DO NOT USE REGUS, THEY ARE A SCAM---You will be charged for things you have never agreed to and have no one to speak to to discuss. You will not be able to cancel despite sending out emails for cancellation request and they charge you regardless

Regus location in Rhode Island is the best run office share in the business and the manager and staff are great professionals who care about their tenants and go overboard to please everyone

Nothing wrong with this location per se, it's nice enough if you need a space to work or have a meeting. However, Regus does not allow you to cancel when you no longer need the service. I attempted to cancel in February when my plans changed and was eventually told that I would have to keep paying them until March of the following year - an additional 13 months! Choose wisely, choose someplace else.

We have been using Regus Providence for about 8 months now. Our experience has been excellent. The offices are clean, well equipped and roomy. The staff is courteous and professional. Parking is cheap. There are many restaurants within walking distance for lunch. You will not be disappointed. John Martin Duracell
