Be warned! !! Do not rent business premises at Regus Location Rijswijk
My experience with Regus Location Rijswijk is unfortunately far from positive and I feel compelled to express my frustrations with this facility. It seems like this location is more concerned with their own profit maximization than the well-being and satisfaction of their customers.
One of my biggest concerns is the way Regus seems to be surreptitiously renewing contracts without any regard for the needs and wants of their customers. It is unacceptable that customers like me are stuck with something when they no longer even use the property. This shows a total lack of respect for the customer and raises questions about the integrity of the company.
What's even worse is that most tenants have now moved out of this location. This is no coincidence; it is a direct result of the mismanagement and negligence of Regus Rijswijk. It is clear that the focus here is on "filling pockets" rather than providing a service that meets customer expectations.
In my opinion, Joy and Robin Veringa are responsible for a large part of these problems. Their lack of transparency and customer focus has contributed to the negative experiences of tenants like me. It is disappointing to see them not taking their responsibilities seriously and instead contributing to the decline of this location.
All in all, I would not recommend Regus Location Rijswijk to others. As a customer you deserve better than this level of service and disrespect.

Look after! Do not rent office space from Regus.
My experience with Regus was very negative. They seem to be more concerned with profit than customer satisfaction.
My biggest concern is that they are secretly renewing contracts without taking customer needs into account. This shows disrespect and raises questions about their integrity.
Most tenants have already left due to poor management. Regus seems mainly interested in making money, not in customer satisfaction.
Regus is partly responsible for these problems due to their lack of transparency and customer focus. They do not take their responsibilities seriously.
I do not recommend Regus Rijswijk. Customers deserve better service and respect.

Very unfriendly and grumpy receptionist, we will not stay here again and would rather use another Regus location where they are nice.
