A disaster. I used this service until 2013 and It offered a great service until then. Yesterday I rented office space for an online meeting. It was a total disaster. They didn't activate the internet connection until 18 minutes after my arrival.
I could not connect on time.
I had to go downstairs at the reception twice. The first time the Lady at reception forgot to give me the electronic chip to open the doors at the first floor. When I arrived in front of the door I was not able to open.
Of course she did not mention I will need a pass. Then, the internet connection did not work. After many attempts, I went downstairs at the reception again. Just to find out that the lady had just activated my internet connection in that very moment. I booked from 14 to 15.30 hrs, I arrived on time and it took them 18 minutes to grant me internet access. In fact, I received a an email from
their network informing me I could access the internet at 14.18. This delay ruined my online meeting. They are slow, distracted and totally absent. There are no instructions on the office premises on how to proceed and they don't provide any help or information. Nevertheless, I had called them in the morning to confirm the rent of the office space which was paid in advance. They just let you find out that things do not work at the very moment when you try to use them. The call center I called in the morning on the same day was of no help too. They don't specify what kind of equipment is in the office space, in the co working space.. etc.

Rude workers, impossible to reserve a spot, and unfriendly people inside. There are many more cowork spaces that are more pleasant than this.

Like all rebus centers, the staff makes use of interns changed every 6 months to get free workforce. Anyone who chooses this company is complicit in a perverse mechanism of labor exploitation of young people.
