I had asked if they partner with Deskpass and got a rude response. I've been going to the Startup Sioux Falls building instead and it's been amazing. I would highly recommend using the Startup Sioux Falls building for shared office space.

We don't appreciate you is the message I've received loud and clear from this company. Removing services and charging for everything they can has become standard procedure. When trying to resolve an issue, their responses from corporate are little more than badgering. If I could post with no stars I would as there is no longer a value proposition here.

I had a great experience after having to find a safe and secure office space last minute after flying home to see my family during the Covid Pandemic.
It was a seamless transition into a great space, fully furnished and the service Chris gave was phenomenal to the point I didn't even bother looking at another office space. I've had office spaces at WeWork, SoHo House & Spring Studios in New York City and this experience surpassed all of those.
Everything discussed when I was shown the space was consistent with the Invoices and I got a great space with a view right in Downtown Sioux Falls.

After providing the required notice that I would not continue my month to month lease, Regus continued charging my credit card. I contacted them and explained the situation and after a week when I didn't receive a credit to my credit card I appealed to my credit company for assistance. The credit card company took care of the problem but then the next month I received another bill from Regus. I logged into my Regus account and changed my credit card information so they couldn't continue charging my card. After that, I received multiple notices that my account was delinquent. I contacted Regus AGAIN and asked that this problem please be remedied. The result was a final charge applied to my credit which I did not authorize and left me perplexed as to how they made the charge since I had changed my credit card info that was on file. Reviews of Regus in other locations indicate that this company has serious ethics issues. BEWARE!
