Arranged for a trip to visit the office at 1pm, made time to take a trip down. Arrived at the office at 1.03pm after having to change visitor pass at the reception counter at DUO tower. When I arrived, a cleaning staff informed me that the concierge staff went for lunch. Called a staff who arranged the meeting for me twice. Waited 20 mins, no one came to me. Had to rush off for next appointment at 1.30 , still no one came to show me the office. No phone call or apology was made. Essentially wasted my time in making a trip down here for nothing! Utter waste of my time! Deeply disappointed
