Do not recommend. Aircon out of order, rooms n meeting rooms stuffy, often 28degC during weekday office hours, ceiling panels off randomly in your room and meeting room, so it is embarassing when you have guests coming in for visits and meetings. No one at front desk to greet them or offer assistance. Regus is not willing to commit to definitive repair date. Rooms and staff are sub standard, phone system not working for long periods, and cannot work in office. Takes a long time to resolve or provide alternative solution, even though aircon problems have been informed to management for over a year, yet Regus requests regular payment of rent. No early termination. Not willing to provide refund or rebate for substandard product and service offered to us, and this comes from the foreign top management here whose service recovery is not good. Be careful of small print in terms and conditions that management will use to increase your rent even though you have signed a long lease which you would reasonably think is on the fixed negotiated price. They can request more deposit at their discretion. They have several other brands of service offices. Renters beware. Would give 0 stars if it was possible.
